Filters and grille
We remove and deep-clean the filters and intake grilles, so the next tenant — or you, if you've just moved in — breathes clean air from day one.
Blower wheel
We disassemble and manually clean the blower wheel, the point where most of the mould and dirt builds up after months or years of tenancy.
Coil (evaporator)
We treat the evaporator with foam specific to air conditioning, removing the dirt built up over the lease.
Tray and drain
We clean the condensate tray and check the drain, avoiding damp stains that could be deducted from the deposit.
Protective wall cover
We protect the wall and furniture throughout the process, exactly as the landlord would expect.
Biocide + antifungal
We apply a certified product that kills bacteria and fungi, leaving the unit ready for the move-out inspection.

The outdoor unit (condenser) is the lungs of the system — when it's dirty, the unit performs worse and uses more power. We don't include it by default because the extra cost matters to some customers, and because access isn't always safe or possible — but we can clean it too if you'd like.
