If we find a fault (a gas leak, a faulty compressor or another issue), the repair is quoted separately and discussed with you before we act. The price covers hygienic cleaning and the inspection, not repairs.

Why does one room cool worse than the others in my multisplit?
It could be that specific indoor unit (very dirty filters or blower), or a whole-system issue: gas pressure or distribution between units at the shared outdoor compressor. The technical inspection measures both to find the real cause.
Do I need to clean every indoor unit, or just the one giving problems?
We recommend cleaning all of them, since each unit builds up mould and dirt independently even though they share the same outdoor compressor. Cleaning just one won't fix the problem if it comes from the shared compressor.
Is the price for the whole system or for each indoor unit?
The published price is per indoor unit (€85 + VAT hygienic cleaning, €98.35 + VAT technical maintenance). For a whole multisplit, we give you a total price locked in before the visit.
Is the outdoor compressor checked once, or once per indoor unit?
The outdoor compressor is shared by every indoor unit, so it's checked once per visit, regardless of how many indoor units the system has.
Do you also check the multisplit in heating mode?
Yes, if the system is reversible. You can request it as part of technical maintenance, or check our dedicated heating mode check before winter.
