We don't offer gas recharges yet — the service is coming soon. And if your unit isn't cooling like it used to, it isn't always the gas: very often it's dirt built up in the filters and evaporator.
In the meantime, hygienic cleaning (€102.85) fixes the most common cause, and technical maintenance (€119) measures the gas pressure to confirm whether your unit has lost refrigerant.

💧 What needs to happen before recharging
An air conditioning unit doesn't use up gas through normal operation. If it's run out, it's because there's a leak in the refrigerant circuit.
That's why the first step is to find and repair the leak. Recharging without repairing it is throwing money away — the gas will escape again soon.
Fluorinated gases have a very high global warming potential. Releasing them into the atmosphere repeatedly can also lead to fines.
Repairing the leak once costs less than recharging every season. Be wary of anyone who recharges the gas without first finding where it's escaping.

How do I know if my air conditioner has a gas leak?
Typical signs are that the unit cools less and less, takes a long time to bring the temperature down, makes bubbling or whistling noises, or the outdoor unit builds up ice or frost. Gas isn't used up through normal use — if it's low, it's because there's a leak.
When does an air conditioner need a gas recharge?
When the unit cools less, takes longer to reach temperature, or shows symptoms consistent with a loss of refrigerant.
Why is my air conditioner cooling poorly even though it's clean?
If the filters and evaporator are clean but the unit is still cooling poorly, it most likely needs refrigerant gas due to a leak. In that case, recharging without first finding and repairing the leak is an expense that repeats within a few months.
Do you already offer gas recharges?
Not yet — gas recharges are coming soon. In the meantime, technical maintenance (€119 incl. VAT) measures your unit's gas pressure and confirms whether it has lost refrigerant.
What refrigerant gas does my air conditioner use?
It depends on its age: units from 2018 onwards usually use R32; those from 2010–2017, R410A; older ones, R407C or R22 (banned since 2015). The exact type is on the rating plate of the outdoor unit.
What should I do if my AC stops cooling in the middle of summer?
First check the remote is set to cooling mode and clean the filters. If nothing changes, message us on WhatsApp: we'll give you the first available appointment during office hours (Monday to Friday 9–19, Saturday 10–14) for a hygienic cleaning or technical maintenance to find the cause.
